Recast a video
Swap the person on screen for someone in a photo. The motion, the cuts and the sound stay. A video up to 30 seconds, and one clear photo per new person, up to four. The same video with the new people in it, as long as the original.

How it works
- 1Confirm you have permissionOnce, before the first run. You are putting a real person into a video, and the right to their likeness belongs to them.
- 2Bring the video and the photosYour clip, and one photo for each person you want to appear. Add a short note if it matters who becomes whom.
- 3Run itThe price is on the button. It follows the length of your clip.

Claim your spotGood to know
Under European law a recognisable face is personal data. We ask once and record that you confirmed it. We do not record who the people are.
Up to 30 seconds in total, and no single shot longer than 15 seconds. MP4 and MOV work; other formats, convert first.
The Studio measures your clip before it runs and shows the exact amount. A longer clip costs more, 1080p costs more than 768p.
Questions
Does the audio stay the same?
Yes. The original soundtrack is kept. The new person does not get a new voice.
Can I use it on a well-known person?
No. A famous face does not come with permission attached.
How is this different from face swap?
Face swap replaces one face. Recast replaces the whole person, up to four of them, and follows them across cuts.
