How to report material that infringes your rights, what we need from you, and what we do once we have it.

1. What this page is for
If you believe something a user of this studio made or uploaded infringes your copyright, your portrait rights or your trademark, you can report it here and we will look at it.
Worth knowing first: the studio is a private workspace. What people generate is stored in their own library and is not published by us anywhere. There is no public gallery and no feed. So if you found the material somewhere on the internet, the place that published it is a faster route than we are , we can act on what sits in our storage, not on what someone posted elsewhere.
2. What to send us
Write to legal@dgenvisual.com with the subject line “Copyright complaint”, and include:
- Your name and contact details, and who you are acting for if it is not yourself.
- What the protected work is, and something that lets us verify you hold the right , a registration, a publication, the original file.
- What exactly you believe infringes it, and where you encountered it. Be as specific as you can; "somewhere on your platform" is not something we can act on.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that what you have told us is accurate.
3. What we do with it
We confirm receipt within five working days and assess the report. We do not decide who owns what , that is a court’s job , but we do act on reports that are substantiated and plausible.
If we agree, we remove or block the material and inform the account holder of what we removed and why. Depending on the seriousness and any history, the account may be suspended or terminated.
If we do not agree, or the report is too vague to act on, we say so and explain why.
4. If your material was removed
You will hear from us what was removed and on whose report. If you believe that is wrong, reply with your reasons. We will look again and, if you are right, restore it. We may pass your response on to the party that reported it, so they can pursue the matter if they want to.
5. Reports that are not honest
A complaint costs us time and costs someone else their work. Reporting material you have no rights over, or reporting in order to hinder a competitor, can make you liable for the damage that causes. Repeated bad-faith reports are ignored.
6. Reporting something more serious
For material that is illegal rather than infringing , sexual material involving minors, intimate imagery of a real person shared without consent, or content promoting violence , use the same address, and say clearly what it concerns. That goes to the front of the queue and we handle it the same day.
