Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us: what we deliver, what credits are, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Content and Licence
Who owns what you make here, what you may do with it commercially, and what you are responsible for.
Acceptable Use
What you may not make or upload, and what happens if you do it anyway.
Privacy Policy
What we hold, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Copyright Complaints
How to report material that infringes your rights, and what we do with that report.
Three things worth knowing up front
- We claim no ownership of what you make, and we do not train on your work.
- Every model in the studio is licensed by its provider for commercial use , we checked all of them.
- Copyright in purely AI-generated material is not a given under European law. We say so plainly rather than let you assume otherwise.
