Where each falls short

Kling 3.0

  • Audio language support is Chinese and English natively. Other languages are auto-translated to English, so a clip in Dutch is not something to plan around.
  • Voice binding works for video elements, not image elements.
  • The aspect ratio comes from your start image rather than a setting, so the frame is decided before you generate, not during.

Gemini Omni Flash 1.1

  • Google publishes no list of limitations for this model, so none is invented here.
  • Three to ten seconds per generation. For longer, build a script so the shots belong together.
  • The reference ingress takes images and clips, not audio. If the sound has to come from a clip you supply, this is not the one.

Questions

Is Gemini Omni Flash the successor of Veo?

In this studio it took over from Veo 3.1, which the provider withdrew on 15 October 2026. Veo itself is no longer offered here.

Can Gemini Omni Flash use my audio?

Its reference input takes images and clips, not audio. If the sound has to come from a clip you supply, use a lip sync model on the result.

Which is better for dialogue?

Kling generates multiple speakers natively; Gemini Omni Flash keeps one character's voice across clips. Try both on one start frame with the Compare video models template.
